2011 Vauxhall Astra revs up and on starting from cold

hi had the car for 3 weeks after 1400 miles my turbo pipe came off which has now been fixed but since then when starting 1st thing in the morning the car revs go up and down as if its over fueling then it then it will mifire only once anybody help with some ideas please thankyou

If it's a 2011 car , take it back under warranty .

The revs should go up when cold starting.But as suggested return to dealer, as warranty will cover any defect.
