1997 Vauxhall Astra water gurggling in engine

water gurggling around engine, starts fine but when you come up to a junction the engine fades loses power and cuts out.water level is fine, coolant and oil levels are all fine. petrol also ok. no leaks! any suggestions?

Check radiator fan is cutting in . Engine stalling could be idle control valve .
