when i lock my car with key fob one of the back doors wont lock and the other back door you cant open from inside , also the central locking fails on fuel cap if i shut it properly it stays locked

The door that you cant open from inside may have child lock on ? The other door may have a faulty actuator / lock , need to strip down door trim and test for power .
