2010 Vauxhall Astra just bought this car and it has no rear interior lights or light in boot is this right

No rear interior light is normal nowadays on small cars , but most have boot lights .Does the boot light maybe come on ( if fitted ) when side lights are on ?

Asra only has a front courtesy light which is activated by door switch or by pushing the headlight switch button.Should have aboot light there normally up under the boot side panel if you see ahole there it,s possibly been knocked out.
