fitted new water pump car was fine for amonth now its boiling through the
expansion bottle Ithink its a air lock any ideas how to clear it

Start car from cold with heater controls on full heat and take the filler cap off the expansion tank. Wait until the car gets up to near normal running temperature by using a little acceleration and replace the filler cap on expansion tank before it boils over. This usually clears any air locks.
