Vauxhall Astra no power to rear heater and rear wiper

I had a new tailgate put on as some rear ended me but ther does seem to be any power going to it ive checked the connections the fuses and relays and there are connected or working. Is there somewhere else I need to be looking plz help

Checked for broken wires in the rubber boot between the car body and tailgate ?

Thanks to the guy who told me to check where the rubber cover between the tailgate and body they cut the wires and didnt bother reconnecting them
