1999 Vauxhall Astra coolant fan will not stop when engine turned off

the coolant fan comes on from cold and does not stop when engine turned off. Is this the radiator switch or relay? Could anyone also tell me where they are located.

change your temperture sender its locate on the the house of the thermostat
