1999 Vauxhall Astra loosing fuel pressure

Can anybody advise where the fuel pressure sensor is on my astra. In order to start the car I have to turn the ignition on and wait for around 15/20 seconds before I start the car. I think it might be a fuel pressure sensor as there is no evidence of a leak anywhere.
