May just be a faulty sensor or wiring fault .Wouldn't drive any longer than needed before getting it checked out , but would think it will be o.k

Hi when this light or any other orange/red management light comes on what this means is your ECU unit has received a reading (value) outside the correct paramiters, either resistance or voltage, so what the ECU does is selects a mid range value, and engages a pre set get you home mode, so as to avoid further damage & stores a fault code which can be read by the dealers fault code reader so they know where to look. Who did the service, it could be they have loosened a wiring connection that just needs refitting, so if it was a main agent who serviced take it back & complain, other wise take it to a main agent to get the fault code read & an estimate for the work. Oh the management light resets itself when ignition turned off but fault code is retained by ECU but do not leave too long to avoid further damage to units, be warned though as light now staying on you may be too late already.
One other thing is read your handbook as all this is explained in there, thats if you still got it.

Had same problem last week with lights on dash. Took it to Vauxall garage who said it would cost £322 to repair Had it done on Wednesday/Thursday but still have same problem when out today. Been back to garage but no work shop staff there so have to take it back on Monday. Do they repay all my money for parts and labour and then put the fault right as i have paid for parts that were not the problem
