Vauxhall Agila Horn Problems

Problems mentioning the Horn on the Vauxhall Agila
Battery went flat due too not useing vehicle, fitted new battery, when i turn the key i get no dash warning lights only main beam warning light staying on, the engine turns over but dosent start

My dashboard does not light up anymore i think its the fuse, the garage changed the starter motor and now i have no speedometer/ dashboard, i know use an app on my phone

What problems can be caused by a faulty Horn?

Horn not working

When pressing the horn on the steering wheel no sound comes out. Sometimes there is a very weak sound from the horn.

Horn sounds strange

When pressing the horn the sound isn't as it used to be, the sound can be weak and sound more screeching than before.
