1997 Toyota Celica no compression from 4th spark plug

there is no compression from the 4th spark plug. i have changed plugs and leads and cleaned injectors but still no compression. i have been told it could either be a cracked piston, bent valve or the tappits need adjusting but dont know how to remove the cylinder head

if you are not sure of some thing on the car that you have then i will suggest that you have a garage do the work for you as could lead to more damage if you attempt this type of work yourself and then the garage can also give a report of the repairs required and a quote for the repairs
