Reverse gear engages but it's very sluggish and drags

If it;s an automatic gearbox , try getting the ATF changed .

I have the same problem also since two years ago: 2010 avensis automatic.

- It will not reverse on a sloppy surface.

- It seems the gear lack communication to reverse.



Please kindly help me also.
