2005 Toyota Avensis air con / heater

Car: Toyota Avensis
Year: 2005
Variant: T3X
Categories: Leaks & Noises
the a/c display says it is working & the fan sounds like it's working but the output is feeble.
I think this could be a blocked pollen filter but how do I get to it to check?

keep it simple please I'm thick!

i think the pollen filter is mounted behind or underneath glovebox,is the problem low air output or not coming out very cold, just because the light and fan are going does not mean air con is working you need to know if the compressor is kicking in,you may need to get air con regassed

The Pollen filter is easy.
Open the glove box,
Loosen the damper off on LH side
open glove box pas the plastic stops by pressing in the Left and Right hand sides
There is a rectangular box with 2 clips on the cover, open these and remove the cover,
The pollen filter can be pulled out.
Obvserve correct way up when replacing
