2001 Toyota Avensis car wheel vibrates

When I have my foot on the accelator doing around 40mph or more my car seems to vibrate as my wheel starts vibrating. If I push the clutch down to freewheel their is no vibration and the car runs smoothly. It cannot be the wheel balance as I just had have two new tyes fitted on the front and all 4 wheels balanced. Can you help me to identify the problem?

Get your timing checked as your engine could be misfiring.
