the electric brake is working on an irregular basis, and has to be applied manually.
The dealer cannot offer any solution.
I have also occaisionaly 2/3 times a month had the power steering warning light come on when the system was working properly

If not used a lot and short journeys , the battery may be low which possibly could cause this problem Worth getting battery load tested or try charging first .
