Toyota Avensis interior light problems

Hello everybody, I have a Toyota Avensis Year 2006 gasoline propelled 1587cc(108 or 109 kw...am not sure). I have the following problems: [b]Problem 1[/b] - The rear dome light does not work. I did the following testings: [b]Test 1.[/b] Though the light does not work [b]the door alarm (chime) works [/b] when you open the doors [b]Test 2.[/b] I unplugged the power cable from the device and the door alarm (chime) stopped working [b]Test 3.[/b] I removed the front dome light, which is working perfectly; and replaced it with the rear one, and it works! I mean when you open and close the doors it lights on and off. What I deduced are: - The device is alright - Current is not flowing in the cables of the rear dome light. May be I am wrong! [b]Problem 2 [/b] The lights on the side of the two front doors and in the luggage compartment do not work. Thanking everybody in advance for your help. Regards, Vishal.
