Switching Off Automaicaly

My baleno 2004 model automatically switched off while driving. I have to wait for 5 to mint, and it starts again. I have done a lot of things like self-service, check wiring, etc. but the problems are still there.

Intermittant fault

The vehicle has an intermittent fault whereby it loses power and splutters!!! If you put the accelerator to the floor the car will continue at approx 10-15 mph. After a short period the exhaust will make a popping sound and the car reverts ...
