2019 Ssangyong Rexton sat nav system frequently rebooting

When driving the sat nav often needs to reboot to stabilise the system. This will happen multiple times. I’ve updated the maps, I’ve tried to update the software but it doesn’t seem to read the package and can’t find what version of sw is the latest to see if that is the cause. It’s really frustrating

I have the same problem with my Musso, constant reboots, freezing, showing me on the wrong road, continues down the road after i have stopped moving.... absolute rubbish. I have resorted to using my phone as a sat nav, as Ssangyong system is far too unreliable.
