I have been without the sat nav since taking delivery in sept 21. Recently there has been updates to the firm ware and maps but the nav element still doesn’t work. Having found that the card needs to bigger than recommended it still doesn’t work and may be as simple as a path error

They have been unable to do so

That is very strange that they cant fix it . Personally I would have
rejected the car and refused delivery . If it was " and may be as simple as a path error " why haven't they resolved it ? Whether another dealership or contacting Ssangyong direct would help , I dont know . Or is it a case of they have your money and are not bothered ?
