2015 Ssangyong Korando transmission groan in four wheel drive

When using four wheel drive in other than straight line the Transmission appears to groan.
This is only used on grass surfaces.

Could check or change transmission / transfer box oil and see if it helps but other possible cause which hard to define without checking out and testing car
