2016 Skoda Yeti can not get rid of adblue warning light after a refill

The AdBlue light came on and the countdown started so I filled it up with AdBlue and the light will not go out tried putting the key in and turning it one click waiting 30 seconds then of for 30 sec made one long journey and several small ones but this did not work can you tell me how to fix this, please. it has been a week now and it is driving me mad.
