2018 Skoda Karoq dreadful over bumpy and uneven roads....

Year: 2018
Variant: SEL 1.5 tsi

My Karoq has done 23 000 miles. But its dreadful on uneven or bumpy roads. Returned it to the dealer but its still no better. I love this car and its a shame that it just does not smooth out bumps in the road. Its a real bone shaker.
Its fine on smooth roads, handles really well, and I've checked the boot etc for loose spare wheel, jack etc.

Its a shame cos I think its a super car and it really does'nt deserve to be ruined by poor noise suppression or damping.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Heard of a lot of similar complaints . Some say changing the wheel size and whether 4 wheel drive models helps in some cases but not really an option for those who have already bought their cars
