I have an ibiza 2002 with 1.6lL engine, after 45 minutes of city driving the oil pressure light appear and the engine become noisy but i don't have this problem on highways even if i drive the car more than 2 hours and i use a 5w30 engine oil.

Take it you have changed engine oil and filter . If so it could be oil pressure switch , but with engine noise sounds more serious like engine wear , oil pump .Could check with master oil gauge to verify if oil pressure is failing .
