Door opens from outside but won’t lock and radio goes loud now and again

There doors will open from outside but will only lock drivers door when locking car up so have to keep pressing the button from inside to lock doors then lock drivers door then when been driving radio been going loud and quiet

Check fuse for door central locking ,
