Brake noise and noise when putting on left lock( sounds like rubber against rubber)

Really hard to say without hearing noise . Possible cause , brake pads needing cleaned out , driveshaft rubber gaiter noise . If driveshaft gaiter is o.k , you often get a similar noise on a lot of FWD cars from the rubber gaiters flexing which is normal .Jacking up and spinning wheel might simulate noise for checking .
