2004 Seat Ibiza dead dash

when inserting the key the ignition lights do not come on seems dead... rear wiper works lights and radio nothing else.

Flat battery ? Check voltage and charge / replace .

battery all tested ok.. seems weird that back wiper works and light nothing else

Check fuses , especially in engine compartment . This link shows ,

Tried all the suggestions, thanks very much still no further forward. Will have to get it towed. Thanks again

Check the main loom to the fuse board under the bonnet is not damaged or rubbed through on battery tray,
