2007 Seat Ibiza passenger front elected window

Unlocking the car fully(double tap) and doors closed engine running, window won't work. Leave it couple of mins while driving it sometimes works. Drivers side always works no prob. Any ideas ?

Could check for damage to the wiring harness where it passes through from A pillar into door frame .
