Vibrating noise while engine is ticking over.

Started last week vibrating noise while engine is ticking over, garage say it's not mechanical anybody have the same problem.

If the garage heard the noise , could they not trace where it was coming from or what area ? Really hard to diagnose from here without more info . Check coolant level in case the noise is the rad fan running ? Just a guess .Likewise check exhaust / heatshield .
