2004 Seat Ibiza loss of power when driving, jerking intermittent

This car was losing total power when driving, if you release the throttle and down again power comes on and off.
There is a similiar problem elsewhere on here where it suggested the rear light not working was the issue. Really i thought. We checked and because our reat tail light was out i decided to change the bulb and try. Amazingly the fault disapeared. Very strange but very true.
Great post elsewhere so i cannot take the credit for it. Had to join to say thanks and confirm the fix.
