2010 Seat Ibiza intermittant starting issue - especially after refuelling

I have noticed my diesel ecomotive Ibiza has difficulty starting, especially after refuelling but sometimes at other random times. Nothing shows up on the Engine Management print out. Any other issue it could be as you know when I take it to the Seat Dealer the problem won't happen!!!!

No offense to your local dealer but I'd prefer to use a local Bosch/Delphi diesel specialist.
They normaly have equipment that the dealer doesn't have,and usually a great deal more experience.
