2021 Seat Arona radio screen home gone blank no radio or phone gone dead 6months old tax couldn't fix it going to the dealers tomorrow

Started engine no radio no phone nothing at all on screen so no parking sensors car still driving well throttle a bit jumpy on start but settles down called seat assist and they sent out A A they failed to fix it so going to main dealers tomorrow Tuesday 14 th Sept car is not 6 months old yet and it on mobility for my wife

Could possibly be caused by low battery condition if not used much and for short journeys but up to them to sort out
