the car starts ok after you stop it doesnt start again for about half hour,it seems to have no petrol as it doesnt try to fire

sorry there is no quick fix for this. your car needs to be plugged into a saab computer for diagnostics, and be sure the technician knows EXACTLY about the starting problem, by having it noted on his test sheet, or speaking directly to the opperator. better still, be there when the test is carried out, so you are sure the car shows him the problem.
