2005 Saab 9-3 humming noise during deceleration

The vehcile has started to hum when accelerating through certain speeds or decelerating through certain speeds. The noise is present with or without revs so I have discounted the engine/gearbox. Sounds like it is originating from the ffront of the vehicle.

sounds like you could have a wheel bearing on the way out.if the car pulls to 1 side when your breaking or accelerating that might help you tell which wheel bearing it is,hope it helps good luck
