Hard to diagnose without driving car or more info .Could possibly be wheel bearing ,tyre twisted/ faulty ,wheel balance , drive shaft etc.

sounds like a buckled wheel or something could be loose on suspension, jack the front wheels up and shake the wheel top to bottom and left to right to check for excess play in balljoints and front wheel bearing.check the wheel is`nt buckled by rotating it and checking for flat spots or dents.if this seems ok then you might just need a wheel balance.do a nut/bolt check on front suspension to make sure everything is tight, make sure the balljoint rubbers are not split and there is no grease leaking from these.
