I have a Saab 9-3, 1.8i, manual, 2006. At the acceleration occurs jerks - twitch. It is a problem on all OPEL engines with manual transmissions. It is posible somehow fix this problem?

Is it an engine misfire, the fault you have ? Might be best to get a diagnostic scan and see what shows .Not really familar with that car . If you go here ,
