Loss of Power

For the last few days, about 10 minutes into my journey, I loose power, and am unable to accelerate. I can hear a hiss unless I take my foot off the pedal, when it stops. After 10 minutes more the power returns. any ideas?

Possible turbo control valve or boost dump valve issue sticking ,It may have logged a code .
