when driving the clutch pedal is sticking sometimes when changing gear and cause the car to stall any ideas

Does that year / model have a hydraulic clutch or is it a cable operated clutch ? If a cable , worth replacing and also check external linkage that cable connects to at gearbox is free .If hydraulic , could be master cyl / slave cyl or general wear on clutch assembly .Hope this helps .
