2000 Rover 45 car want start
Year: 2000
my rover run out of petrol so put some in now want start so we tryed to jump start it and it still want go its turning of but thats it.

could be an air lock in the fuel system

does the car have a good spark at the plugs and do you hear the fuel pump running ?
