2000 Rover 45 losing water all antifreeze has gone and frozen the engine

hi car experts my rover 45 has been losing water and without me realising its frozen up all the hoses and the radiator is there a flush i can use and also any ideas about the water loss thanks

Usual cause of serious cooling probs. with that car was head gasket failure.Saying that , there could have been other faults i.e water pump, rad leak etc. etc. which would cause water leak . You wont know now with engine frozen .Only way we sorted out frozen engines was to gradually thaw out in workshop and hope no serious damage done .
