2003 Rover 45 my car will not blow cold air

hi my rover 45 wont blow cold air no matter what way I turn the dial just hot, what parts do I need to replace or is there a simple solution any help please MIKEY

Check the heater control valve is operating o.k and shutting off .

thanks for the answer ive looked at my manual but cannot locate the heater valve is it under the bonnet or under the dashboard near the heater control switch's many thanks once again

Follow the heater hoses in the engine compartment and the control valve is usually at the rear before it passes through the bulkhead into the heater matrix .
