2004 Renault Scenic door windows opening

I am buying a Renault Scenic (2004) 1.6 DYNAMIQUE VVT and when checking tha Car over, trying to open the Door windows by the switches on the door. The windows do not open in one go, they go down in segments. I asked the dealer if this was a Factory spec, which they could not answer.
I tried the other windows (auto switch) and they came down the same way, having to press the switch on off about 4-5 times to get the window fully down.
Is there a switch that stops this from coming down fully, or is it a Factory spec?

Can someone please help as I do not want to find that there is a fault with the Door Windows once I buy the car.

is it the same for all door windows as i tried a senic in our compound and all come down all in one drivers on auto nb not exactly the same model

The problem with the windows opening is the sign of a "module" starting to fail. My car had a similar problem with the drivers window moving one inch at a time until the window was open or closed, after a few days the window failed completely. The price i recieved for the part was £260.
