2004 Renault Scenic car won't lock with card key

My doors won't lock with card key, indicator light flash, but nothing happens, However, the boot locks and unlocks with it! Have checked fuses, but all o.k
Anybody else had this problem ? and what is the solution ? We even asked an auto electrician, but he had no idea!!

card is out of synch and need reprogramming main dealer only im afraid its a common problem
