2001 Renault Scenic still wont start

Checked you are getting fuel up ?

my mate who is a bit mechanically minded thinks it is something electronic that may be stopping the fuel getting into the the fuel injector.

Checked all fuses ? If so check this out ,

fuses are ok there seems to be a problem getting the fuel into the fuel injector the stop/start solanoid doesnt click when the ignition is turned on and there doesnt seem to be any power getting into the glo plugs when we put an electrical tester on it you got any ides mate?

No wonder you have starting problems if there is no power to glo plugs .Check this out

01 Scenic 1.9Dci Non Start no glow plug light.

" Had issue non starting (would turn over) the glow plug light would not come on now and then,got to the stage when it took 3/4 attempted start before it would. If the glow plug light came on it would start, would not if no glow plug light all glow plugs ok.
Fault was due black relay in engine fuse/relay box by battery. From the top small black tower relays 4 in total. 2nd from top at fault.
Clean Terminals 1st, test for + live 12 v battery + igntion feed on small terminal.
Change relay (new £15.00 from renault) goto scrap yard look at any renault diesel check part number and thats it. "

just want to say thanks to everyone for their suggestions after replacing a load of stuff on it it was the fuel pump put a new one on it still wouldnt start towed it for about a mile to get the fuel circulated and now it is starting on the key cheers everybody !
