2004 Renault Scenic smoking on pull away then clears but left for a while

my renault smoke on pull away but clears when you give it some but if left on tickover it smokes on pull away then clears again.the egr valve has been cleaned and works ok ,starting to think it maybe a drippy injector
any thoughts?.

If it's blue smoke , usually valve stems / seals worn .
