2002 Renault Scenic starting running

since the cambelt was changed the car wont start off the key but will with a tow and is lacking power seriously. i have tried engine flush new egr valve checked turbo pipes intercooler feul pump and found nothing is it possible the timing belt could of jumped a tooth and causd this oh it smokes very slightly when tring to accelerat any help would be great cheers oly

good chance the cambelt might be a tooth or two out get it checked i wouldnt advise tow starting it if it used to go off the key before you had the belt done
