2004 Renault Scenic what is fuse f13 for?

hi all have a mechanic working on car and has found the fuse f13 is draining battery but we don't know what the fuse is for any ideas?!

check on auto data relays and fuses it will tell you but that fuse is only a part of a circuit it will be acomponent down the line at fault
