2004 Renault Scenic car not starting, had new battery and alternator fitted now after 2 days same prob!

help!

i have had my car for 1 week and has broken down 4 times!, first time i could get in the car with key but no dash, just flashing red light,recharged the new battery and drove for 10mins and broke down, had a new alternator fitted.

Now 2 days later car won't even open no lights nothing on dash help!

You will have to get new battery tested , sounds as if it's flat again . Also get alternator output tested to see if it's charging o.k . If those test are o.k , you will have to check for a battery drain .

hi thanks for reply, apparently when they were fixing the car and put the autonator on they thought there was another drain on the battery but could'nt see where?, a frend of mine suggested it could be the dashboard about to go?

If they thought there was another fault i.e battery drain , they should have checked it out and fixed it rather than leave it . This shows you how to check out ,hope it helps you .
