2003 Renault Scenic engine cutting out

This vehicle keeps cutting out, I have plugged in the SnapOn Diagnostic tool and it comes up with Cam Sensor an upstream oxygen sensor. Faults will not clear off. Tried replaced lambda sensor (pre-cat), crank sensor, cam sensor and faults still present and won't clear off. Any ideas?

If it's cutting out , have you checked / cleaned idle control valve / throttle body and checked all vacuum pipes for leaks ?
