i had just done a long drive and when i got home the engine started shaking the car i checked the water because it was hissing and a little orange water came out. this morning when i check the water bottle there was an orange-brown substance on the bottle neck sorry for long question thax

Sounds like rusty water possibly ? suggest keeping an eye on coolant level and temp gauge for any signs of overheating .
