The management light and running very sluggish

the management light is constantly on and is running very sluggish any ideas on whats wrong im useless lol

Usual suspect would be a coil on one of the plugs, whip each one off and check the plug for signs of a mis-fire.
There not exspensive to replace.

being a diesel, i would suspect possible leafs or obstruction in the air filter/sensor area or a blocked exhaust. at a guess!!! hope this helps!!

if the eng man light on simply get codes read ,
if light is on there will 99 times out of 100 be a code in the ecm
